Refunds or Replacement Policy
Photographic Work & Workshop Kits
All exchanges and returns require a proof of purchase and any refunds processed will be credited using the original payment method. No refunds after 30 days from the purchase date. Shipping charges are non refundable with the exception of damaged or defective products. No change of mind returns.
You are not entitled to a refund for the photographic service provided as discussed in your photographic agreement but I am happy to re-shoot if needed. On the day of your photoshoot after the images have been taken we have a viewing session to make sure you are happy with the images. If you have any issues with the images a reshoot can be arranged on the date of the viewing.
You are entitled to a replacement of products if your kit has any major damage or is faulty. Photo or Video proof must be provided. All deliveries need to be signed for on delivery. Please contact Amy Crawley asap on arrival of your package if you have any concerns. All paints must be sealed.
